How To: Install Firestick Apps from Android Devices (Updated 12/20)



Using this modded version of Apps2fire will help you install firestick apps from your android device. The modded Apps2fire is completely ad-free and has enhanced privacy protections.

First, you'll need to jailbreak the firestick (if you haven't already). Click on my jailbreak tutorial here:
DOWNLOAD & INSTALL:

DOWNLOAD IF MOD ISN'T WORKING:
CONNECT ANDROID TO FIRESTICK
1. Connect android device to the same wifi network as the firestick.
2. Launch Apps2Fire on Android phone.
3. Tap Menu (three Dots) icon on the right side of the screen.
4. Then, tap Setup.
5. Next, enter the IP address of the Fire TV Stick. OR select SEARCH FIRE TVS. Which will list all firesticks on the network.
6. Tap SAVE button.
INSTALL AN APP
1. Switch to tab titled LOCAL APPS.
2. Scroll down to find your desired app.
3. Tap on the app (eBay) you would like to install on your Fire TV Stick.
4. You will see a pop up on your screen with two options
- APP INFO
- INSTALL.
5.Tap install. A popup will show the installation status.
NOTE:
1. Not all apps will automatically detect the firestick ID. Which will either not install or will not be useable on the firestick.
2. You can download firestick apps to your android device. Then use the instructions above to install it on the firestick.
